Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy

All products on our website are handcrafted with utmost sincerity and go through multiple levels of quality checks before they finally get put up on our web store. Every handcrafted product is unique and no two handcrafted pieces, even of the same design can be completely identical. There might be the possibility of a minimal difference between each product that is handcrafted, which therefore comes with the advantage of you always having a unique product with great detailing and design.

This is why refunds (Domestic and International) are strictly not possible in any case. However, you have the option of getting either a credit card note or an exchange only in the following 2 cases:-

1. If the product you received was damaged during shipping.
2. If you have received a different product than the one you ordered.

Steps for return (only in case of the above 2 circumstances)

• If you have any of the above conditions, please make sure that you notify us within 2 days of receiving the product on beadedandwrappedjaipur@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN ORDER”. In case of a damaged product, include the image and in case of the wrong product received, along with the image, also include relevant information in the main body of the email that is to be sent to us. 
• Once we have received your email and it has been approved, the package must be delivered to the following address in its original form: P-10, Meer Ji ka bagh, MLA quarters, MI Road, Jaipur 302001

Please note that we only provide exchanges and no refunds for the damaged or wrong product received by the customer. In other cases, the refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account within 5-7 business days.  

We are not liable for any returns that were not notified about within 2 business days of product receipt.

Conditions under which returns are *NOT* possible

• If the delivery address is incorrect.
• Format of address is incorrect including pin code or PO box.
• If the delivery agent reports 3 failed attempts.
• Items are returned in used or damaged condition than what was sent.
• Slight variance in colour and design. The image of the design may slightly differ from the actual product since our items, as stated before, are purely handcrafted using natural elements which may not be identical and thus vary from the digital image.
• If the returned item is not damaged or faulty.

Note that for customized orders there will be no return or exchange.

Customized orders will only be accepted after the full advance payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

At Beaded and Wrapped, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your custom order.

Subscription Services: You may cancel your subscription at any time for subscription-based products. However, cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current subscription period.

Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Promotional Offers: If you cancel an order that qualifies for a promotional offer or discount, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to account for the promotion.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as customised jewellery and pierced items(for hygiene reasons), may not be eligible for return or cancellation once the packaging has been opened.

Policy Changes: Beaded and Wrapped Jewellery reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
